I think the meal would be perfect for Christmas - good but so easy that it won't take you away from your family by making you slave over the stove! You should make the chocolate chip bundt cake I have listed under the tab "recipes" for dessert. It is so easy and great with some vanilla ice cream. If you love chocolate you can substitute chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. Everytime I make the cake (either variation) it gets great reviews. You don't even need to do the glaze if you have it with ice cream. anyways, my sweet girl just turned one.
